Clothing Swaps
Clothing Swaps are a popular community event that occurs typically twice a year in Spring and Fall. You don’t need to donate to come. You can attend and “shop” for free clothing items.
Looking to donate clothes? Before a clothing swap occurs, a call-out for donations is made, and drop off location will be communicated. We only accept WASHED clothing in good condition.
Waste reduction is a priority for Green Venture. Clothing swaps reduce textile waste and cut back on carbon emissions, and the overconsumption of new fabric and material. This eco-friendly option is a way to change up your wardrobe in a sustainable way. So join the fun and consider joining a swap in the future!
Types of clothing typically needed are:
- Adult pants, shirts, dresses, shoes,
- Children’s pants, shirts, dresses, shoes, skirts, hats and coats.
- Infant clothing
- Seasonal clothing such as coats, hats and gloves for warmth.
