Urban Garden Club - Dundas Public Library

Come join Green Venture’s Urban Garden Club with the first depave site stewardship in Dundas of the year! We will meet in front of the Dundas Library (18 Ogilvie St) on May 28 at 4pm, where we will learn about local plant ID and the importance of these gardens. Then we will maintain them with some weeding, pruning, watering and litter cleanup. Afterwards we will walk to the nearby DVSA (Dundas Valley School of Art) and then Governors Manor Retirement Home for more stewardship up to 6pm at latest. Please remember to bring comfortable, outdoor clothes, a water bottle, and we will supply the rest! Going forward, we will be meeting every other Thursday at 4pm to keep our depave sites thriving.
