Celebrate all we've accomplished together! Read the Recap: 2025 Wrapped

As 2025 comes to a close, we are proud to report on the local environmental impact Green Venture has made this year with your help!

2025 Highlights:

  • Green Venture turned 30! Our community gathered for the “The Magic of Nature” celebration at EcoHouse on July 23rd, 2025.

  • We released our 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. This plan outlines a shared vision for building a resilient, low-emission Hamilton through community-driven climate action, environmental stewardship, and equitable access to programs and resources. Grounded in values of hope, collaboration, climate justice, accountability, reconciliation, and resourcefulness, the plan focuses on empowering residents, especially children and yout, to take meaningful action at home, in their communities. It also strengthens the organization’s long-term impact by prioritizing green infrastructure, inclusive partnerships, and a healthy, accountable organization equipped to support lasting change.
