Green Venture and Hamilton Public Library are pleased to announce that Hamilton’s annual Seedy Saturday will be happening on February 1, 2025, at the Central Library Branch, 4th Floor from 10 am – 3 pm. Seedy Saturday is the ‘go to’ place for anyone and everyone interested in backyard gardening, local food, pollinator gardens, sustainability, heirloom and organic seed supplies, and more!
We are excited to see this event grow in 2025 and look forward to celebrating and connecting with Hamilton’s diverse gardening community! Join us to enjoy a wide range of vendors and exhibitors.
Admission is free. Donations in support of Green Venture are welcome!
This event will celebrate gardening in Hamilton with:
- Seed exchange – please bring your seeds in packed and labelled envelopes to make the swap easier for all participants
- Seed and garden supply vendors selling quality seeds with heritage and heirloom varieties
- Garden workshops and educational demonstrations
- Opportunities for meeting and networking with other gardeners and experts
- Children’s Activities
